中文摘要: 高纯铝与工业铝相比,具有更好的耐腐蚀性、延展性、电导率和反射性。目前,高纯铝是用在航空航天与电子工业的最主要材料之一,随着科技水平的不断提升,各行业对铝的纯度要求越来越高,因此高纯铝的需求量将逐年增加。本文总结了目前国内外现有的高纯铝制备方法,并对高纯铝绿色环保的提纯方法进行了展望,希望解决当前的高纯铝制备工艺所面临的电耗和污染问题。
Abstract:High purity aluminum has better corrosion resistance, ductility, electrical conductivity and reflectivity than industrial aluminum. Currently, high purity aluminum is one of the most important materials used in the aerospace and electronics industries. This paper summarizes the existing high-purity aluminum preparation methods at home and abroad, and prospects for high-purity aluminum green environmental purification methods, hoping to solve the current power consumption and pollution problems of high-purity aluminum preparation process.
