中文摘要: 为研究铜砷共存时残余元素As对钢热塑性的影响规律,利用Gleeble-3800热/力模拟实验机研究了700~1100 ℃温度范围内不同砷含量水平的含0.22 wt% Cu的C-Mn钢的高温热拉伸行为。热塑性曲线结果表明,铜砷共存情况下,随着钢中As含量由0 wt%增加为0.09 wt%,钢的脆性区间温度范围变宽,温度上限向高温方向移动。断口形貌和显微组织分析表明,700~800 ℃温度范围内的铁素体与奥氏体两相区,砷的存在抑制了沿晶铁素体的形成,致使钢中生成更为薄膜状沿晶铁素体,从而恶化钢的热塑性。850~1100 ℃温度范围的奥氏体单相区钢塑性的恶化主要是因为As元素的奥氏体晶界偏聚。
Abstract:In order to investigate the effect of residual element As on hot ductility of the steel containing Cu and As, the high temperature hot tensile behavior of C-Mn steel with 0.22 wt% Cu and different content of As in the temperature range of 700~1100 ℃ was studied by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine. The results showed that the temperature range of brittleness range of steel became wider and the upper limit temperature of brittleness range moved to the higher temperature direction with the increase of As content in the steel from 0 wt% to 0.09 wt%. The analysis of fracture morphology and microstructure indicated that the existence of As inhibited the formation of proeutectoid ferrite in the ferrite and austenite two-phase region in the temperature range of 700~800 ℃. It resulted in the formation of the thinner film-like proeutectoid ferrite in the steel and thus worsened the hot ductility of the steel. In the temperature range of 850~1100 ℃, the deterioration of ductility was mainly due to the segregation of As at austenite grain boundary.
