中文摘要: 国内日处理万吨级以上的铜矿山磨机系统的钢球添加应用方式分为两类:旧方式,为航吊装钢球到磨机入矿口,人工进行加球;新方式,专门为磨机钢球的添加新增设计一套控制系统,以PLC为核心,配套仪表及电气设备共同实现钢球的自动添加。云南迪庆有色金属有限责任公司(以下简称:公司)在建成生产以来,四台磨机钢球添加为人工添加旧方式,该方式耗费人力物力,还不安全。在公司全面推行降本增效的大环境下,通过以PLC为核心设计的新方式,新增整套控制系统设备来进行加球,也是不可取的,会额外增加公司生产成本。因此,结合公司的自动化系统和经济情况,仅需要采购计数传感器和小变频器等小件,充分运用DCS系统平台功能,自行探索设计钢球添加控制系统势在必行。

Abstract:there are two kinds of steel ball adding application methods of domestic copper mine mill system with daily processing capacity of more than 10000 tons: compared with the old method, the steel ball is hoisted to the ore inlet of the mill, and the ball is manually added; a new control system is specially designed for the addition of mill ball, with PLC as the core, supporting instruments and electrical equipment to realize the automatic addition of steel ball. Since Yunnan Diqing Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the company) has been put into production, adding steel balls of four mills is an old way of manual adding, which consumes manpower and material resources and is not safe. In the company"s overall implementation of cost reduction and efficiency increase, it is not advisable to add ball by adding a complete set of control system equipment by means of PLC as the core design, which will increase the company"s production cost. Therefore, combined with the company"s automation system and economic situation, it is imperative to purchase small parts such as counting sensors and small frequency converters, make full use of DCS system platform function, and explore and design steel ball adding control system by ourselves.
