中文摘要: 为探究充填膏体料浆在管道输送过程中的压力泌水效应及边界层效应,对某矿废石尾砂充填膏体拌合物进行侧限压缩试验及压力泌水试验。结果表明:废石尾砂充填膏体拌合物的初始空隙率,体积浓度,所受压力及压力作用时间对压力泌水率影响巨大;根据充填料的e-p曲线的变形规律,提出了充填膏体料浆压力泌水率的计算模型,定义了影响充填膏体拌合物压力泌水效应的材料参数A和应力参数n,将级配因素引入到压泌水率计算模型中,分析了应力参数随着应力和初始空隙率的演化规律,认为应力参数是一个关于压应力和初始空隙率的多项式函数,函数的阶数越高,精度越高;认为膏体管输边界层厚度不是一成不变的,并建立基于压力泌水效应的膏体管输边界层估算方法。
Abstract:In order to explore the pressure bleeding effect and boundary layer effect of paste filling slurry in the process of pipeline transportation, the side limit compression test and pressure bleeding test were carried out on the paste mixture filled with tailings from a mine. The results show that: The initial void ratio, volume concentration, pressure and pressure acting time of the paste mixture filled with waste rock tailings have a great influence on the pressure bleeding rate. According to the deformation law of e-p curve of filling material, the calculation model of pressure bleeding rate of filling paste slurry is put forward. The material parameter A and stress parameter n that affect the pressure bleeding effect of filling paste mixture are defined. The gradation factor is introduced into the calculation model of pressure bleeding rate, and the evolution rule of stress parameters with stress and initial voidage is analyzed. It is considered that the stress parameter is a polynomial function of compressive stress and initial void fraction. The higher the degree of function, the higher the precision. It is considered that the thickness of the boundary layer is not invariable, and the estimation method of the boundary layer based on the effect of pressure bleeding is established.
