中文摘要: 托库孜巴依金矿尾矿库投入运行已10多年,现有库容无法满足二期扩建的生产需要,因此将尾矿库改扩建为干堆场,从而将尾矿湿排工艺优化为干排工艺。本文开展了尾矿干排工艺与设备的优化设计研究,介绍如何根据尾矿浆物料粒径分布特征选择不同的尾矿干排工艺,并展示了干排工艺用设备的优化设计成果。该研究对提高尾矿干排处理效率、降低运行成本、提高回水利用率具有重要的实际意义。

Abstract:The tailings pond of Tuokuzibayi Gold Ore has been operating for more than a decade, The current capacity cannot fulfills the requirements for Phase Ⅱ production extension. Therefore, the tailings pond has been reconstructed and expanded into a dry storage yard, optimizing the wet-discharge process into the dry-discharge process. This paper dedicates its research focus on the optimal planning and designing of dry-discharge process and equipment, introducing a methodology to select dry-discharge process according to size distribution characteristics of tailings pulp and demonstrating the optimal design outcome of dry-discharge equipment. The research has significant practical implications in improving the efficiency of dry discharge, reducing operational costs, and improving the utilization rate of backwater.
