中文摘要: 随着智能制造相关技术的不断发展和矿产资源高效开发利用的需求不断加强,各个矿业集团对智能选厂建设的意向越来越高。本文结合紫金集团某海外矿山智能选厂建设实践,提出了基础数据、专家控制、模型优化和智慧管控四层结构的智能选矿厂框架模型,阐述了生产数字化、操作智能化、分析模型化、管理信息化的智能选厂建设思路,总结了智能选厂建设的应用效果和经验,供选矿领域同行探讨与借鉴。

Abstract:With the development of intelligent manufacturing technologies and the increasing demand for efficient development and utilization of mineral resources, lots of mining groups are increasingly interested in the construction of intelligent concentrators. This article aims at the construction practice of Zijin Group’s overseas mine intelligent concentrators, and proposes a four-layer intelligent concentrator framework model with basic data, expert control, model optimization, and smart management and control, and elaborates on the digitization of production, intelligent operation, analytical modeling, and management information. Such construction methods summarized the application effects of the intelligent concentrator construction, which can be discussed and used for reference by peers in the field of beneficiation.
