中文摘要: 用铅冰铜作为原料进行氧压酸浸提取铜试验,考察影响铜浸出率的各种因素。一段氧压酸浸处理铅冰铜的最佳条件为:铅冰铜的粒度为-45 μm,浓硫酸的质量为150.00 g,反应温度为100 ℃,浸出时间为150 min,氧气压力为1.0 MPa,液固比为3.0: 1;铅冰铜中铜的浸出率能达到98%以上。铅冰铜两段氧压酸浸试验表明,该方法在提高铜的浸出率同时也能使浸出液中杂质含量减少。铅和硫富集在浸出渣中,实现了铅冰铜资源的综合利用。
Abstract:The experimental study of oxygen pressure acid leaching lead matte was described in this paper. Various factors affecting the copper leaching rate were investigated. The optimal conditions for one-stage oxygen pressure acid leaching treatment of lead matte were: the particle size of lead matte was -45 μm, the initial mass of sulfuric acid was 150.00 g, the reaction temperature was 100 oC, the leaching time was 150 min, and the oxygen pressure was 1.0 MPa, the liquid-solid ratio was 3.0:1; the leaching rate of copper in the lead matte could reach more than 98%. The two-stage oxygen pressure acid leaching test of lead matte showed that this method could not only increase the leaching rate of copper, but also reduced the impurity content in the leaching solution. Lead and sulfur were concentrated in the leaching residue, realizing the comprehensive utilization of lead matte resources.
