中文摘要: 注射成型粘结NdFeB磁体是粘结NdFeB磁粉与高分子材料混合而制成的复合材料,其中使用的高分子材料主要是尼龙12、PPS树脂。研究了不同表面改性处理工艺、改性剂添加量等对NdFeB磁粉抗氧化性、磁性能、流动性能的影响。结果表明,NdFeB磁粉经过表面改性处理,在300 ℃经过150 min后测试氧化增重率,经磷化-KH792复合处理及磷化处理后的氧化程度最低,抗氧化效果最好,增重率分别为-0.05%、0.08%;KH560及KH550处理后的磁粉氧化程度居中;而抗氧化性最差的则是没有进行任何表面改性处理的原粉。对NdFeB磁粉而言,表面处理KH550用量优选为1%。KH550改性粉塑磁颗粒的流动性能明显好于未改性粉塑磁颗粒。

Abstract:Injection molded bonded NdFeB magnets are composite materials made by mixing bonded NdFeB magnetic powder and polymer materials. The polymer materials used are mainly Nylon 12 and PPS resin. The effects of different surface modification treatment processes and addition amount of modifiers on the oxidation resistance, magnetic properties, and flow properties of NdFeB magnetic powder were studied. The results show that after surface modification treatment, the oxidation weight gain rate of NdFeB magnetic powder is tested after 150 min at 300 ℃. After phosphating-KH792 composite treatment and phosphating treatment, the oxidation degree is the lowest and the antioxidant effect is the best. The weight gain rates are - 0.05% and 0.08% respectively; The oxidation degree of magnetic powder treated with KH560 and KH550 is in the middle; The worst oxidation resistance is the raw powder without any surface modification. For NdFeB magnetic powder, the amount of surface treatment KH550 is preferably 1%. The flow ability of KH550 modified powder plastic magnetic particles is obviously better than that of unmodified powder plastic magnetic particles.
