中文摘要: 天然石墨负极材料因其成本低、资源广泛并具有合适的充放电特性等特点在负极材料市场中占据重要的地位。产业中鳞片石墨需经机械球化过程卷曲成球状或类球状,降低其各向异性程度,并经提纯、包覆改性后制备负极材料。本文针对某细鳞片进行了球形化试验,并采用混酸提纯工艺制备高纯球形石墨,对其球化效率、提纯效率、初始电化学性能进行了研究。研究发现,经QCJ球化设备可制备D50=16μm、振实密度1.05g/cm3的球形石墨,收率可达40.13%。提纯后球形石墨固定碳含量可达99.95%以上,符合《GB/T-24533-2019》Ⅱ级天然石墨类锂离子电池负极材料对于粒度、振实密度、杂质含量等理化指标的要求,为该地区石墨资源的开发及精深加工提供了重要的技术参考和基础。
Abstract:Natural graphite anode materials is considered to be one of the for lithium-ion batteries due to its low cost, low voltage platform and stable cycle performance. Natural graphite flakes need to be mechanical spheroidized to overcome the its highly anisotropic structure, and then purified, modified by carbon coating before its application as anode materials. In this paper, spherical experimental and chemical purification of a flaky graphite flotation concentrate was conducted, the spheroidization yield and purification efficiency were carefully studied. Spherical graphite product (D50 =16.31μm, tap density of 1.05 g/cm3 ) can be obtained with yield of 40.13%. The spherical graphite product could be chemically purified carbon content of 99.95%, which had reached the level Ⅱ requirement in < GB/T-24533-2019 >. This work provide an important technical reference for the future exploration of the nature graphite resources.
