中文摘要: 铝电解产生的废旧阴极炭是有毒有害废弃物,追求如何安全高效的处理并回收阴极炭已经成为国内外研究的重点。本文阐述了电解铝产生废旧阴极炭块的背景,主要成分以及堆放对环境的影响,并对废旧阴极炭块的回收利用进行了综述。关于废旧阴极炭块的回收与利用的研究主要分为两类,回收废旧阴极炭中的有价值成分和无害化处理废旧阴极炭用于其他工艺研究。本文通过三种方法即物理分离法,高温燃烧法,化学浸出法介绍回收废旧阴极炭中有价值物质的基本原理,并且简述了其中具有代表性的处理工艺方法以及优缺点,并对废旧阴极炭回收利用方向进行分析和回收技术的未来发展进行展望。
Abstract:The waste cathode carbon produced by aluminum electrolysis is a toxic and harmful waste. How to treat and recover the cathode carbon safely and efficiently has become the focus of research in China and abroad. In this paper, the background, main components and the impact of stacking on the environment of waste cathode carbon blocks produced by electrolytic aluminum are described, and the recycling of waste cathode carbon blocks is reviewed. The research on the recovery and utilization of waste cathode carbon blocks is mainly divided into two types, the recovery of valuable components in waste cathode carbon and the harmless treatment of waste cathode carbon for other processes. In this paper, the basic principles of recycling valuable substances in waste cathode carbon were introduced through three methods, namely physical separation method, high temperature combustion method and chemical leaching method, and the representative treatment processes, advantages and disadvantages were briefly described. The recycling direction of waste cathode carbon was analyzed and the future development of recycling technology was prospected.
