中文摘要: 铝电解废阴极的主要成分是石墨、氟化钠、冰晶石等,属于危险废物,无害化处置及资源化利用难度大;浮选分离石墨及电解质是废阴极资源综合利用方法之一;本文系统分析了废阴极的主要化学组成及物相组成,氟化盐的堪布粒度,研究了浮选分离石墨及氟化盐的主要技术参数,闭路试验得到的石墨粉固定碳含量达到了78.56%,氟化钠产品的氟含量达到了42.85%。
Abstract:The main components of the spent cathode of aluminum electrolysis are graphite, sodium fluoride, cryolite, etc.. The spent cathode is dangerous wastes, and is difficult to make harmless disposal and resource utilization.SSFlotation separation of graphite and electrolyte is one of the comprehensive utilization methods to spent cathode.SSIn this paper, the main chemical composition and phase composition of the spent cathode, the particle size of the fluoride salt, the main technical parameters of flotation separation of graphite and fluoride salt were studied. The fixed carbon content of graphite powder obtained by closed-circuit test reached 78.56%, and the fluorine content of NaF product reached 42.85%.S
