中文摘要: 为查明矿石性质对选矿指标的影响,制定合理的工艺流程,对云南某铜硫矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,该矿石氧化率极低,铜矿物主要以硫化铜的形式存在,其中原生硫化铜在总铜中占比高达94.74%,可回收利用的主要有价元素为Cu和S,其品位分别为0.38%和8.92%。主要金属矿物为黄铁矿,次为黄铜矿及闪锌矿,偶见方铅矿;脉石矿物主要由石英、绢云母、绢云母化长石、绿帘石、菱铁矿等组成。部分黄铜矿中包裹有黄铁矿颗粒,选择合适的磨矿细度是实现铜硫有效分离的关键。针对以上工艺矿物学特征,拟选用一段磨矿,优先选铜、尾矿再选硫的浮选原则流程。
Abstract:For the purpose of identifying the effect of ore properties on the beneficiation index and establishing a reasonable process flow, a systematic process mineralogy research was conducted on a copper-sulfur ore in Yunnan province. According to the results, the oxidation rate of the ore is exceptionally low, and the copper minerals mainly exist in the form of copper sulfide ores, of which primary copper sulfide accounts for 94.74% of the total copper, and the main valuable elements that can be recovered are Cu and S, with the grades of 0.38% and 8.92%, respectively. The main metal minerals are pyrite, followed by chalcopyrite and sphalerite, with galena occasionally observed; the gangue minerals are mainly composed of quartz, sericite, sericite feldspar, chlorite, siderite etc. Part of the chalcopyrite is wrapped with pyrite particles, and the selection of suitable grinding fineness is the key to achieve effective separation of copper and sulfur. In view of the above process mineralogical characteristics, it is proposed to choose a flotation principle process of one section of grinding, priority copper separation, tailing and then sulfur separation.
