中文摘要: 针对富氧顶吹炼铅工艺中铅烟尘中镉不断富集的难题,充分发挥铅锌冶炼联合工艺流程的优势,利用湿法炼锌工艺协同处置富氧顶吹炼铅烟尘,实现镉的分离和回收。铅烟尘硫酸浸出段镉浸出率85.7%,烟尘中铅银进入浸出渣中返回铅系统实现铅的回收,浸出液采用铜渣除氯控制氯离子浓度小于200mg/L,除氯后液并入锌冶炼湿法浸出、净化流程,回收镉实现镉的资源化利用,实现了铅烟尘中镉的有效开路。该工艺经济环保,可操作性强。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of continuous enrichment of cadmium in lead fume in the process of oxygen-rich top blowing lead, the advantages of combined lead-zinc smelting process were brought into play, and the wet zinc smelting process was used to jointly dispose of lead fume in the process of oxygen-rich top blowing lead, so as to realize the separation and recovery of cadmium. Lead dust dilute sulphuric acid leaching period of cadmium leaching rate is 85.7%, smoke lead in silver into the leaching residue return lead system realize the recycling of lead, leaching liquid adopts copper slag dechlorination control of chlorine ion concentration is less than 200 mg/L, after the chloride liquid into wet zinc smelting leaching, purification process, the recovery of cadmium realize the recycling use of cadmium, realize the effective way of cadmium in lead dust. The technology is economical and environmentally friendly, and has strong operability.
