中文摘要: 废旧印刷电路板既属于危险废弃物,又是重要的有色金属二次资源,寻求一种清洁高效的工业化回收处理方法,对保护生态环境、发展循环经济以及实现铜工业“双碳”目标都具有重要意义。本文系统梳理了焚烧法、热解法以及熔炼法等火法冶金处理技术的国内外最新研究成果,指出了影响其工业化应用的关键问题,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望,旨在为废旧印刷电路板的大规模工业化回收处理提供参考。
Abstract:Waste printed circuit boards are not only hazardous wastes, but also important non-ferrous metal secondary resources. Seeking a clean and efficient recycling method is of great significance for protecting ecological environment, developing circular economy and realizing the "carbon peak,carbon neutral" goal of copper industry. This paper summarizes the latest research results of mechanical and physical pretreatment, incineration, pyrolysis, melting and other pyrometallurgical treatment methods at home and abroad, points out the key problems affecting their industrial application, and prospects their development trend, in order to provide reference for large-scale industrial recovery and treatment of waste printed circuit boards.
