中文摘要: 铜渣是火法炼铜过程产生的固废,从冶炼炉排出的温度在1200 ℃~1300 ℃,显热能级高,属高品位余热资源,具有很好的回收价值。目前,铜冶炼企业主要采用缓冷—破碎—选矿的方式处理铜渣,未考虑高温铜渣余热回收利用问题,致使大量热量被浪费。为了符合国家节能减排政策的要求,高温铜渣余热回收技术越来越受到重视。本文对铜渣的物性和现行处理方法进行了概述,然后从物理方法和化学方法两种方式总结了现在高温铜渣余热回收技术的研究进展,并提出了高温铜渣余热回收技术未来的研究方向,最后对该技术的未来发展做出展望。
Abstract:Copper slag is the solid waste produced in the process of copper smelting. The temperature of copper slag discharged from the smelting furnace is 1200 ℃~1300 ℃. It has high apparent heat level and belongs to high grade waste heat resources, which has good recovery value. At present, copper smelting enterprises mainly adopt the way of slow cooling, crushing and beneficiation to treat copper slag, without considering the recovery and utilization of high-temperature copper slag waste heat, resulting in a lot of heat waste. In order to meet the requirements of national energy saving and emission reduction policy, the heat recovery technology of high temperature copper slag has been paid more and more attention. In this paper, the physical properties and current treatment methods of copper slag were summarized, and then the current research progress of the high-temperature copper slag waste heat recovery technology was summarized from the physical and chemical methods. Furthermore, the future research direction of these problems were put forward. Finally, the future development of zinc-air battery was prospected.
