中文摘要: 针对都龙矿区选矿厂旋流器脱泥抛尾溢流中锡金属损失高的问题,采用SLon离心选矿机与浮选工艺可有效实现微细粒级锡石的回收,脱泥溢流含锡品位0.134%,通过离心选矿机一粗一精流程选别可获得精矿产率7.36%,含锡品位0.981%,回收率54.28%的技术指标;离心选矿机精矿按照7%的比例与选厂锡石浮选给矿进行混合选别,可获得精矿含锡品位3.57%,回收率74.83%的选别指标。研究成果为选矿厂后续进一步降低旋流器抛尾溢流中锡金属损失提供借鉴参考意义。
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of high tin loss of hydrocyclone desliming tail throw overflow in DuLong beneficiation plant, the SLon centrifugal separator and flotation process can effectively recover fine grade of stallite. The grade of tin in the overflow of desilting tailing is 0.134%, and the fine mineral yield is 7.36% and the grade of tin is 0.981%. Technical index with recovery rate of 54.28%; The centrifuge concentrate was mixed with cassite flotation feed ore at 7% ratio, and the concentrate with tin grade of 3.57% and recovery of 74.83% could be obtained. The research results provide reference for further reducing the loss of tin in tailings overflow in concentrator.
