中文摘要: 为进一步贯彻落实国家绿色低碳环保的发展理念,需要对煤矿内所有的耗能设备实施动态监控。对煤矿生产能耗的有效分析,是提出节能优化措施的重要依据。为实现自动化与信息化的煤矿能耗管理,研究基于免疫多Agent技术的煤矿综合能耗BS动态监控方法。融合自动控制理论与计算机技术,在分站控制原理的基础上,合理划分煤矿内产生能源消耗的设备类型,并各自对应有可编程控制器。通过极大似然估计法构建线性方程,在多个未知节点中确定各组设备的监测节点位置。以多种通信协议部署B/S监测架构,在三层网络结构的布置下,从计量终端获取煤矿能耗设备运行数据。基于免疫多Agent技术构建学习模型,分析并推理接收到的数据信息,实现监控煤矿综合能耗的动态监测,完成方法设计。结果表明:以不同的能耗设备为测试对象,本文方法可以准确地获取全部运行信息,有效地实现能耗设备的动态监测,为其后期运行和管理提供理论依据,具有应用价值。

Abstract:In order to further implement the national concept of green, low-carbon and environmental protection development, it is necessary to implement dynamic monitoring of all energy consuming equipment in coal mines. The effective analysis of coal mine production energy consumption is an important basis for putting forward energy saving optimization measures. In order to realize automatic and informationized coal mine energy consumption management, the BS dynamic monitoring method of coal mine comprehensive energy consumption based on immune multi-agent technology is studied. By integrating automatic control theory and computer technology, based on the principle of sub-station control, the equipment types generating energy consumption in coal mine are divided reasonably, and each has a programmable controller. The maximum likelihood estimation method was used to construct a linear equation to determine the location of the monitoring nodes in several unknown nodes. The B/S monitoring architecture is deployed with a variety of communication protocols, and the operation data of coal mine energy consumption equipment is obtained from the metering terminal under the three-layer network structure. The learning model is constructed based on the immune multi-agent technology, and the received data information is analyzed and reasoned to realize the dynamic monitoring of comprehensive energy consumption monitoring in coal mine and complete the method design. The results show that: with different energy consumption equipment as test objects, the proposed method can accurately obtain all the operating information, effectively realize the dynamic monitoring of energy consumption equipment, and provide theoretical basis for its later operation and management, and has application value.
