中文摘要: 针对岩溶山区某2个电解锰渣库渗漏污染下游岩溶地下河出口的具体问题,在对锰渣库污染地下水的机理研究及详细水文地质勘察的基础上,根据锰渣库位于地下水系统排泄区、而地下水系统的补给径流区全为岩溶洼地的特点,提出了“分区治理、清污分流”的源头防控治理方法。根据关键区域抽水试验及理论分析预估,按照该治理方法实施治理工程后,被污染地下河出口水量总体可减少达70%以上,节约污水治理资金300万元/年。
Abstract:Regarding the specific problem of leakage from two electrolytic manganese slag reservoirs in karst mountainous areas, which pollutes the downstream karst underground river outlet. On the basis of studying the mechanism of manganese slag storage polluting groundwater and conducting detailed hydrogeological investigations, a source prevention and control governance method of "zoning governance and sewage diversion" is proposed based on the characteristics of manganese slag storage located in the discharge area of the groundwater system, and the recharge and runoff area of the groundwater system being all karst depressions. According to pumping tests and theoretical analysis in key areas, it is estimated that after implementing the treatment project according to this treatment method, the overall water volume at the outlet of the polluted underground river can be reduced by 70%, saving 3 million yuan/year in sewage treatment funds.
