中文摘要: 针对某黄金生产企业产生的氰化贫液,采用络合沉淀法对其中的氰化物、硫氰酸盐、金、银、铜进行回收,然后进一步调碱净化处理,考察了硫酸铜和亚硫酸钠投加量、初始pH值对氰化物和铜离子的去除效果影响,并采用BBD实验设计和响应面法建立了贫液中两者含量的响应面方程。通过对数学模型进行求解,得知在硫酸铜和亚硫酸钠投加量分别为3.01 g/L和2 g/L的条件下,处理后贫液中氰化物和铜离子浓度同时达到最低值,分别为0.38 mg/L和61.94 mg/L。验证实验结果表明,响应面法的预测值与实验值吻合较好,建立的模型具有较高的可信度,对处理后的贫液进一步过滤、调碱除铜,达到回用于生产流程的条件要求。
Abstract:For the cyanide barren liquor generated by a gold producer, the cyanide, thiocyanate, gold, silver and copper were recovered by complexation precipitation method, and then further alkali adjustment was used for purification treatment. The effects of the dosage of copper sulfate and sodium sulfite and the initial pH on the removal of cyanide and copper ions were investigated, and the response surface equations for the content of both in the barren solution were established using BBD experimental design and response surface method. By solving the mathematical model, it was found that the cyanide and copper ion concentrations in the treated lean solution reached the lowest values of 0.38 mg/L and 61.94 mg/L at the same time under the conditions of the dosage of 3.01 g/L and 2 g/L of copper sulfate and sodium sulfite, respectively. The results of the validation experiments showed that the predicted values of the response surface method were in good agreement with the experimental results, and the established model had a high degree of confidence. The treated lean liquor was further filtered, adjusted alkali to remove copper, and met the requirements of the conditions for reuse in the production process.
