云南某低铜电炉渣综合回收铜的浮选试验研究

中文摘要: 云南某铜冶炼渣含铜量0.82%,铜渣中的铜组分主要是以次生硫化铜和原生硫化铜的形式存在,氧化铜含量较少。为了综合回收该二次资源中的铜,解决该选矿厂尾矿品位偏高的问题,进行了大量条件试验研究。研究发现不同物相的铜之间存在可浮性和浮选速度差异,因此采用一段快速浮选将部分易浮铜矿作为合格精矿选出,再对快速浮选的尾矿进行活化捕收,不仅简化了浮选流程,且使资源得到了充分利用。条件试验结果表明,在一段磨矿细度-45μm占90%,组合捕收剂乙基黄药40g/t+Z-200 40g/t,活化剂硫化钠200g/t,分散剂水玻璃400g/t的条件下,浮选指标最优。全流程闭路试验结果表明,采用两段粗选两段精选两段扫选的浮选工艺流程,可得到铜品位22.64%,回收率77.03%的合格铜精矿,尾矿品位最终降为0.182%。
Abstract:The copper content of a copper smelting slag in Yunnan is 0.82%. The copper in the copper slag mainly exists in the form of secondary copper sulfide and primary copper sulfide, with less copper oxide content. In order to comprehensively recover copper from the secondary resource and solve the problem of high grade of tailings in the concentrate, a large number of experimental studies on process parameters were carried out. Research shows that there are differences in floatability and flotation speed between different phases of copper. Therefore, using one-stage rapid flotation to select some easily floatable copper ores as qualified concentrates, and then activating and collecting the tailings of rapid flotation, not only simplifies the flotation process, but also makes full use of resources. The results of conditional test show that the flotation index is the best under the conditions of primary grinding fineness of -45μm accounting for 90%, combined collector ethyl xanthate 40g/t+Z-200 40g/t, activator sodium sulfide 200g/t and dispersant sodium silicate 400g/t. The closed-circuit test results show that qualified copper concentrate with copper grade of 22.64% and copper recovery rate of 77.03% can be obtained by using the flotation process with two roughings, two cleanings and two scavenges, while the tailings grade is 0.182%.
