中文摘要: Si基负极材料因具有较高的充放电容量而备受瞩目。其中,SiO是Si基材料中最具商业应用意义的材料。目前SiO生产企业采用的坩埚和加热元件均采用高纯石墨材质,存在着腐蚀问题。对高真空下常规坩埚材质(石墨、刚玉、碳化硅、氮化硼、氮化铝和氮化硅)和常规加热元件材质(石墨棒、硅碳棒和硅钼棒)在SiO生产过程平衡产物分布情况进行模拟。结果表明,碳化硅仅在温度超过1 080 ℃时发生较少量的腐蚀,而氮化硼在温度高于1 170 ℃时不被腐蚀,在温度低于1 170 ℃时会被腐蚀生成Si2N2O和B,其物相不与反应物料进一步反应。综合考虑其成本,SiO生产的反应容器材质宜选用SiC。对于加热元件材质的选择,硅碳棒和氧化气氛预处理后的硅钼棒均具有较少的腐蚀倾向,但从加热温度考虑,SiO生产的加热元件材质宜选用预处理后的硅钼棒。

Abstract:Si-based anode materials have attracted more attention due to their high specific capacity. SiO is the most promising material for commercial application among the Si-based materials. At present, crucibles and heating elements used in SiO producing process are made of high purity graphite in domestic plant, which always exist corrosion behavior. In this study, the equilibrium product distribution of corrosion reactions between materials of reaction vessel (e.g. graphite, corundum, silicon carbide, boron nitride, aluminum nitride and silicon nitride) and Si+SiO2, and materials of heating element (e.g graphite, silicon-carbon and silicon-molybdenum) and SiO in SiO production process was simulated.The simulation results showed that silicon carbide has a small amount of corrosion when the temperature exceeds 1 080 ℃, while boron nitride will not be corroded when the temperature is higher than 1 170 ℃, and will be corroded to form Si2N2O and B when the temperature is lower than 1 170 ℃. The corrosion product Si2N2O and B does not react further with the reaction material. Considering the cost SiC is more suitable for the reaction vessel in SiO production. The analysis results of materials of heating elements showed that the silicon carbon rod and the silicon molybdenum rod after pretreatment with oxidation atmosphere have less corrosion. The silicon molybdenum rod is more suitable for the heating elements considering the heating temperature.
