中文摘要: 安徽某在生产铜硫矿尾矿中铜品位和铜损失率较高,为检查造成尾矿中铜损失的主要原因,现对该铜硫矿选矿流程进行诊断。矿物特征参数自动分析系统(MCPAS)能够对原矿石中目的矿物的粒度、选矿流程产品中目的矿物的单体解离度和粒度进行自动测量,这些工艺参数是对选矿流程进行诊断的重要数据支撑。运用MCPAS对其中重要节点产品(溢流、总铜精矿和选铜尾矿)中黄铜矿的单体解离度和粒度进行测定。结果表明:MCPAS适用于铜硫矿选矿流程诊断,可以为优化选矿工艺流程提供数据支撑和技术指导;该选矿流程较为合理,有进一步优化的空间,建议适当提高一段磨矿细度,以提升黄铜矿的单体解离度;此外,还需注意在浮选过程中强化对黄铜矿单体和裸露连生的黄铜矿的回收,加强对脉石矿物的抑制,进一步提高铜的回收率。
Abstract:The copper grade and copper loss rate in the production of copper-sulfur tailings in Anhui Province are high, and it is necessary to diagnose the copper-sulfur ore beneficiation process and find out the main reasons for copper loss in the tailings.The Automatic Mineral Characteristic Parameter Analysis System (MCPAS) can automatically measure the dissociation and particle size of the target minerals in the beneficiation process, and these process parameters are important data support for the diagnosis of the beneficiation process.MCPAS was used to measure the dissociation and particle size of chalcopyrite in the products of the important nodes (overflow, total copper concentrate and copper tailings). The results show that MCPAS is suitable for the diagnosis of copper and sulfur ore dressing process, which can provide data support and technical guidance for the optimization of the dressing process; the dressing process is reasonable, with room for further optimization, and it is recommended to appropriately increase the fineness of one section of the grinding in order to improve the chalcopyrite's monomer dissociation degree; moreover, it should be paid attention to the strengthening of the recovery of the chalcopyrite monomers and the bare consecutive chalcopyrite in the process of flotation, and the strengthening of the suppression of the vein minerals, to further improve the recovery of chalcopyrite monomer and chalcopyrite. inhibition of chalcopyrite minerals to further improve the recovery of copper.
