中文摘要: 通过对非洲某花岗伟晶岩型锂辉石矿进行工艺矿物学研究,发现该锂矿中的锂主要以锂辉石和透锂长石的形式赋存。该矿采用常规重选-浮选工艺试生产多年,未能获得良好选矿指标。本试验采用重介质-浮选联合工艺和选择捕收性能良好的组合捕收剂LA+LB进行选矿研究。在原矿Li2O品位1.31%条件下,重介质作业可获得Li2O品位4.05%、回收率27.82%的透锂长石精矿,浮选作业可获得Li2O品位6.01%、回收率41.44%的锂辉石精矿,Li2O总回收率69.58%。与单一浮选工艺比较,重介质-浮选联合工艺可额外获得透锂长石精矿,Li2O总回收率提高了28.22%。
Abstract:Through the study of process mineralogy of a granite pegmatite type lithium pyroxene deposit in Africa, it was found that lithium in the deposit mainly exists in the form of spodumene and diopside feldspar. The mine has been in trial production using conventional gravity separation flotation process for many years, but has not achieved good beneficiation indicators. This experiment adopts the heavy medium flotation combined process and selects the combination collector LA+LB with good collection performance for mineral processing research. Under the condition of 1.31% Li2O grade in the original ore, heavy medium operation can obtain 4.05% Li2O grade and 27.82% recovery lithium feldspar concentrate, flotation operation can obtain 6.01% Li2O grade and 41.44% recovery lithium pyroxene concentrate, with a total Li2O recovery rate of 69.58%. Compared with a single flotation process, the heavy medium flotation combined process can obtain additional lithium feldspar concentrate, and the total recovery rate of Li2O is increased by 28.22%.
