中文摘要: 本文针对钨冶炼厂废水中NaCl含量高、组分复杂的特点,提出了“双极膜电渗析—膜蒸馏”的处理方法,实现其循环利用。10吨中试试验结果表明,高盐多组分钨冶炼废水经膜处理可得到浓度大于206 g/L的盐酸溶液和3380 g/L的氢氧化钠溶液,其中NaCl综合利用率为80.3%。所制备的高浓度酸碱可循环应用于钨冶炼碱煮和酸分解流程中。该膜处理工艺可实现85%高盐多组分钨冶炼废水资源化利用,为彻底解决钨冶炼废水无污染问题提供了技术支撑。
Abstract:In view of the characteristics of high-salt content and complex components in tungsten smelting plant wastewater, this study proposed a treatment method of bipolar membrane electrodialysis-membrane distillation to realize its recycling. The 10 t pilot test results showed that high-salt multi-component tungsten smelting wastewater could be treated with membranes to obtain hydrochloric acid solution with a concentration greater than 206 g/L and sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 3380 g/L. The comprehensive utilization rate of NaCl was 80.3%. High-concentration acid or alkaline solutions could be recycled and used in tungsten smelting process of alkaline cooking and acid decomposition. This membrane treatment process could realize the utilization of 85% of high-salt multi-component tungsten smelting wastewater resources. It provided technical support for completely solving the problem of non-pollution of tungsten smelting wastewater.
