中文摘要: 内蒙古某矿石中可供选矿富集回收的元素是铜,含量为0.41%,脉石矿物主要为石英、白云石和菱铁矿等,少量长石、绿泥石、云母等。铜主要赋存于黄铜矿中,少量赋存在辉铜矿、黝铜矿、砷黝铜矿及铜蓝中,微量以类质同象形式分布在其他矿物中。根据工艺矿物学研究确定矿石特性、矿物可浮性差异,进行了选矿方案试验研究,最终确定采用“优先浮铜+再磨提高品位”的闭路流程试验,获得了铜精矿Cu品位20.11%,回收率为89.07%的合格铜精矿产品。

Abstract:The element that can be enriched and recovered in a ore in Inner Mongolia is copper, the content is 0.41%, the gangue minerals are mainly quartz, dolomite and siderite, a small amount of feldspar, chlorite, mica and so on. Copper mainly occurs in chalcopyrite, a small amount occurs in chalcochene, fahlerite, arsenofahlerite and copper blue, and trace amounts are distributed in other minerals in the form of isomorphism. According to the process mineralogy study, the differences in ore characteristics and mineral floatability were determined, and the beneficiation scheme was tested. Finally, the closed-circuit process test of "priority copper flotation + regrinding to improve the grade" was adopted, and qualified copper concentrate with Cu grade of 20.11% and recovery rate of 89.07% was obtained.
