中文摘要: 隐身屏蔽材料在军事、民用领域涉及电磁辐射衰减的各种应用场景中发挥着重要作用。碳基材料由于其重量轻、介电性能优异、导电率高还兼顾了良好的化学稳定性,为制造超薄、多功能和高性能屏蔽隐身材料提供了有效的途径。本综述对多种碳基微波吸收材料进行了详细的综述,包括炭黑、碳纤维、碳纳米管、石墨及石墨烯。总结了碳基微波吸收材料的开发方面取得的新进展,研究汇总了各种材料的结构、优势和局限性,以期为新型碳基吸波材料在进一步提高微波吸收性能方面提供参考。
Abstract:Invisible shielding materials play a significant role in various applications involving electromagnetic radiation attenuation in both military and civilian sectors. Carbon-based materials offer an effective solution for manufacturing ultra-thin, multifunctional, and high-performance shielding materials due to their lightweight nature, excellent dielectric properties, high conductivity, and good chemical stability. This review provides a detailed examination of various carbon-based microwave absorption materials, including carbon black, carbon fibers, carbon nanotubes, graphite, and graphene. The new advancements in the development of carbon-based microwave absorption materials are summarized, highlighting the structures, advantages, and limitations of each material. The aim is to provide a reference for further improving the microwave absorption performance of novel carbon-based absorptive materials.
