中文摘要: 氰化物具有高毒性,在黄金选冶过程中会产生大量的含氰废水及尾渣亟待处理。随着环保政策的日益完善及人们环保意识的逐渐增强,绿色、无毒的非氰浸金药剂逐渐成为研究热点。在过去几十年中,已研发了超过三十种非氰浸金药剂及方法,包括硫脲、硫代硫酸盐、硫氰酸盐、卤化法、多硫化物法和氨基酸等。由于存在种种技术障碍,当前非氰浸金药剂的开发与应用大都集中在实验室规模或中试试验规模。鉴于此,本文详细介绍了各类浸金药剂的性质,对不同药剂的提金机理进行了阐述与讨论,并对各类非氰浸金技术潜在的工业应用前景进行了展望。
Abstract:Cyanide is a high toxic reagent, and there are a large amount of cyanide containing wastewater and tailings in the gold smelting process, which urgently need to be treated. With the increasing improvement of environmental policies and the increasing awareness of environmental protection among people, green, non-toxic and non-cyanide gold leaching agents have gradually become a research hotspot. Over the past few decades, more than thirty non-cyanide gold leaching agents have been developed, including thiourea, thiosulfate, thiocyanate, halogenation, and amino acids. Due to the various technical barriers, the current development and application of non-cyanide gold leaching technology are mostly concentrated on laboratory scale or pilot scale. In view of this, this paper provides a detailed introduction to the properties of various gold leaching agents, elaborates and discusses the leaching mechanism of different agents, and prospects the potential industrial application of various non-cyanide gold leaching technologies.
