Online Submission Website: http://ky.bgrimm.cn/ (Only Word version manuscripts accepted)

To comply with relevant national standards and implement the retrieval and evaluation data specifications for the Chinese Academic Journal (CD-ROM), authors are requested to adhere to the following requirements for their submissions:

(1)Original Paper Formatting, Word Count, and Font: Use single-column layout. The main text should be in a font size of small 4 (approx. 12pt) with 1.5 line spacing to facilitate editing. Ensure numbers and symbols in figures are very clear to avoid errors.

(2)Title, Abstract, and Keywords: The title should be concise and precise; Chinese titles should generally not exceed 20 characters. The paper must have a Chinese abstract that is independent and self-contained, with a length of 150–500 words. The English abstract should be in a long abstract format, with a required length of 600–800 words. The Chinese abstract remains unchanged; the Chinese and English abstracts do not need to correspond exactly. Avoid using figures, tables, chemical structures, non-standard symbols, abbreviations, or terminology in the abstract. Generally, select 5–8 terms that reflect the main content as keywords, separated by semicolons (;).

(3)Article Title, Author Byline, and Full Author Affiliations: The article title is followed by the author byline, which is followed by the author affiliation(s). Multiple author names should be separated by commas. For authors from different affiliations, superscript numeric serial numbers should be added after their names; for multiple authors from the same affiliation, numbers are optional. Universities must specify the faculty, department, or institute. The affiliation should include the city and postal code (province names are not required for provincial capitals; non-municipalities must include the province name). The Chinese title, abstract, and keywords should appear first, followed by the English sections. Please refer to the format of recently published issues for details.

(4)Chinese Library Classification Number: To enable cluster retrieval based on the subject attributes of journal articles, classification according to the Chinese Library Classification (5th edition, 2010) is required. Typically, 1–3 classification numbers may be assigned to a paper, separated by semicolons (;).

(5)Fund Projects: Research projects receiving funding should be indicated at the bottom of the first page, specifying the fund project type and number. Multiple fund projects can be listed sequentially, separated by semicolons (;).

(6)Section Headings in the Main Text: Use Arabic numerals with the following hierarchy: 1, 2, 3 (first level); 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 (second level); 2.1.1, 2.1.2, 2.1.3... (third level). The introduction does not require a heading. The conclusion preferably uses 1), 2), 3)...

(7)Figures and Tables: Figures and tables should be carefully selected and concise. If the content can be expressed by both, choose one. Generally, single papers should have no more than 5 figures and photographs, which must be clear enough for black-and-white printing. Coordinate graphs should be prepared using Origin software to ensure editability. The names, symbols, and units of physical quantities on axes must be complete, separated by a slash (e.g., Time/s). All figures and tables should be labeled in Chinese. Photographs require the original images.

(8)Units and Italics/Bold: Physical quantities in the text must use the International System of Units (SI). Symbols for units must be in roman (upright) type. Symbols for quantities must be in italic type. Letters representing variable numbers should also be in italic type when used as subscripts. Superscripts and subscripts should be distinct.

(9)References: References should follow the sequential coding system. Journal titles should be written in full. To standardize the reference format in this journal, the reference style will strictly comply with the latest provisions of the national standard "Information and documentation – Rules for bibliographic references" (GB/T 7714).
