| A target function for design of hydraulic hand drills is brought forward in this paper. After several year's research, through the whole practical process from design, manufacture to application at mines of HD-24 Hydraulic Hand Drill, the author has invented some patented mechanisms and has successfully used them in HD-24 drill in order to make the target function optimal.
The HD-24 Hydraulic Hand Drill has a new and original construction, good performance, fitting torque, low rebound vibration to the operator, high drilling speed and light weight. Some new concepts have also been applied in making HD-24 drills.
Through analysis of the key construction elements of HD-24 drill, the paper offers a new design way so that a hydraulic hand drill with optimal mechanisms can be manufactured. |
