| Abstract: |
| In this paper, KHS additive, a white powdered crystal is introduced. It has the characteristics of low density, good detonating sensitivity, good blasting performance, low cost, non-toxicity. It is equivalent to TNT; as a sensi-tizer. It can compose the CM non-TNT powdered ammonium-dynamite to replace No.2 rock explosive in order to eliminate the poisoning of TNT for workers' health, pollution and to lower the cost. It is also applied to improve the explosion performance of AN-FO blast agent and ammonium nitrate-rosin-wax blast agent. It has found application in emulsion explosives as well. |
