| Abstract: |
| For the purpose of exploit small and high grade gold resources and make rational use of by-product ores left by exploration and earlier stage of mine construction, a transportable gold extraction plant has been developed. The features of the plant of capacity up to 30t/d are more crushing and less grinding in the comminution process, one stage grinding followed by dual stage classification, the size of final product is more than 90% -0.074mm. Advanced bulk slime cyanide carbon-in-leach process is adopted in the gold extraction. New type chamber jaw-crusher, long-cylindrical ball mill with angular spiral liner plate and high efficiency thickener, etc are adopted. Equipments are mounted on platform trailer with framed structure. After long-term industrial tests and operation, it is proved that the flowsheet operates smoothly, the equipments are in normal operation, and all technical performances come up to the designed criteria. In addition, the process is steady with easy operation, and the economic returns are remarkable. |
