| With the continuous deepening reform of the science and technology management system in China, tech-commodities appear in the social commodity flow. The commercialization of science-tech achievements has accelerated their application to practical circulation. However, the traditional concepts and forms of physical goods and lack of understanding of the special properties and rules of tech-commodity still hamper further development in the opening up of the tech-market. For the time being an incomplete mechanism prevails over our tech-market. The elementary characters of tech-commodity and related value and price are deduced in this paper from the comparison of tech-commodities with the conventional ones. |
