| Abstract: |
| To meet the urgent requirement of textile printing industry on highly pure sesbania gum and to widen the application of our sesbania gum products, such as to enable it to be used in food industry, the gum quality must be greatly improved. For the above reasons, a new series of installations for separation and purification of sesbania gum has been developed. The device number in new system is the same as that in old system, but compared with the latter, the productivity of the former increases by 30%, the recovery of endosperm increases by 2%, the power consumption decreases by 37%, the residues decreases by 3%. The new installations are designed reasonably and work reliably. With simple structure the new design can reach all designated requirement. The products of high quality can be obtained. This paper describes the structure and working principle of the new system, also providing the story of its development. |
