| Abstract: |
| Different kinds of surfactants and crystal modifiers affecting on the blasting performance of KHS additive are studied, showing that through the coordinating function of suitable complex surfactants, the KHS additive is dispersed more finely to get more micro holes and provide more sensitive points than pure one when blasted. So the explosives composed of KHS additive have better blasting performance. Some work is also done concerning the technological process, equipment and recirculation of waste water in the course of KHS additive manufacture, which show that KHS additive is produced simply and its quality is up to the standard. Production yield of KHS additive is averaged 77% with the highest one over 90%, and the waste water can be reused. |
