| The technology of preconcentration to discard coarse gangue is a very efficient measure of cutting down the energy consumption and increasing economic benefits for metal mines. The design of the magnetic system is a key problem to developing permanent magnetic cobbing separators for treating lump ore. The magnetic field intensity on the surface of CTDY1214 movable lump ore dry magnetic cobber is 0.455T, with treating capacity 300-600t/h ore sized 0-400mm. It can discard 13%-18% gangue as tailings grading 7%-9% Fe, at magnetic iron recovery 99%. |
