| Abstract: |
| A new control system, which can automatically adjust the flow rate of flotation reagents in different points according to the changes of grade of raw ore, concentrate or tailing, has been implemented in Flotation Plant of Xilin Lead & Zinc Mine. It incorporates reagent feeder, industrial scteen, net interface and analogue collector. The hardware and software of FK-1 type flotation process control system is described in this paper. The system of this kind can be extended to application at other non ferrous mines dealing with similar type of ore. |
