| Abstract: |
| High-energy impact crushability test is one among laboratory tests which is simple, reliable and cheap. The high-energy impact work index and product size distribution of ore samples can be obtained in the test which can be used to predict the power rate and product size distribution of cone crushers for fine and ultra-fine crushing with 1.6% accuracy. The high-energy impact device developed by our institute and its operating method are briefed in this paper. Research for the test procedure is described in detail with a case application of the test results explained. |
