| Secondary rock breaking is important production link in mines. The advantages and disadvantages of secondary rock breaking with blasting method and with rock breaker was analysed. Then a new secondary rock breaking method by using hydraulic splitters was put forward. And the advantages and characteristics of the new rock breaking method was demonstrated. It is considered that it is a fine scheme with safety, lower investment and higher economic benefit for secondary rock crushing. |
