| Abstract: |
| In the test of technology for selective leaching of Ni, Co from water quenched metallized nickel-rich matte in H2SO4-CuSO4 solution, a study of phase changes from raw materials to various residues was made. The phase changes were traced by X-ray diffraction and microscopy methods and the phase changes occurred in process of leaching were plotted, which show the relations between phase changes and extraction rates. A small-scale autoclave was used for simulating tests of monophase leaching and than the reliability of the phase changes was verified. The reaction mechanism of leaching process is expounded, and also are discussed the compositions of new phases in the residues and their formation conditions. According to varying of the feeds and products, the problems existing in technological process were found and pointed out in time, which played an active role in improvement and optimization of the process conditions. |
