| Transnational corporation is a special establishment form and an inevitable outcome of production internationalization,which shows a unique function in modern economic activities.The transnational corporation established by nonferrous metals industry is determined by the character of nonferrous resources and internationalization of world's nonferrous metals production.The policy of reform and opening to the outside accelerates the development of the overseas enterprises run by China National Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation,which have now begun to take shape.Establishing transnational corporations and running overseas enterprises must adopt overall planning and unified arrangement,putting emphasis on the exploitation of overseas nonferrous metals resources.It will strengthen the competitive capability of China nonferrous metals industry in the international market. |
