| Research on separation of a complex and refractory skarn-typeCu-Zn-Fe polymetallic ore was earried out,The mineralogical study showed that the texture and composition of the ore are very complex, there are more than 30 metallic minerals in it,the main valuable mi nerals are chalcopyrit e,sphalerite,magnetit e,pyrrhotit e,valleriite, and so on. Some effective depres-sants such as Na_2S,YL ZnSO_4, Na_2SiO_3 w ere used in selective flotation of Cu-Zn-Fe,The combined flowsheet is the process of selective flotation of Cu-Zn- Fe-magnetic separatio n of taili ngs-regrinding and desulphurization of magnetic concentrate-the n cleaned by final magnetic separatio n of iro n concentrate. Va l-leriite is recovered from flotati on of magnetic separati on taili ngs by H_2SO_4 tre-atment.The grades of copp er concentrate, zi nc conce ntrate, iron conce ntrat e obtained were 24.65%Cu,52.55%Zn,62.00% Fe respectively,and the recoveriesof Cu, Zn, Fe were 59.87%,75.62%, 86.04%respectively. |
