| Abstract: |
| The devel opment and application of a new type of gravity conccntrating set which is used to enrich sulphur from flotation tailings is introduced in this paper.The special structure and ingenious composition made the machine set realize separating particles according to size and specific gra-vity in ZXF unit mainframe,and dispelled the air core in the bobbin of the mainframe. The short spiral chute in this unit shunted current and separated ore, which dispelled scaling of calclum in the equipments.When this unit is used to treat high-calcium pulp in flotation,the concentrate quality and me-tallurgical performance are obviously hlgher than tradItional gravity separa-tors.And the production cost is clearly lower than cost of sulphur flotation technology. |
