| he information classification and design of eiicoding system for strong points and skills of the qualified scientists and technicans are the basis of establishing the scientific personnel database and bringing about the cofmputter management of information of scientific and technical personnel.An excellent encoding system of information is of great importance to the structure design,programming and system debugging and running of the da-tabase. In this paper,the basic principle and procedure for design of skill information codes and scientific personnel codes with comentional classifica-tion and encoding methods. |
