| The study of a new flotation technology of lead-zinc oxide oresin Lanping is described in this paper. On the basis of the conventional sul- phidization-flotation method, using the new higher selective reagents,such asPN collector,BD_1 and BD_2 depressants,the new differential flotation technologyhas been worked out.When this technology was used to treat lead and zincoxide ores in Lanping,not only the separation of lead and zinc minerals fromthe gangue minerals was reached,and also single-metal concentrates obtained,and at the same time the recoveries of lead and zinc minerals were raisedrespectively,Especially,in case of combination of BD_2 depressant and sodiumhexametaphosphate used in the process, the separation of zinc oxide mineralsfrom calcite,quartz,limonite,clay,etc,minerals was improved,The over- ail zinc recovery was up to 80.17%in the closed-circuit test,The grade ofzinc oxide concentrate was 35.71%Zn,with zinc recovery of 65.83%,Theeffect of main parameters on the flotation of lead and zinc oxide minerals isdiscussed. |
