| Abstract: |
| Steering control, that is, the walking direction control, is necessary for all self-walking vehicles and engineering machinery. There are two kinds of steering systems: mechanical and hydraulic control. The hydraulic steering system is commonly used for the central-swinging engineering machinery.Aubitor steering gear box is usually used as steering element. The hydraulic steering control valve used in the design of WJ-1.5 underground hydraulic LHD machine which can be operated without steering wheel.This steering valve has the advantages of compact structure, easy processing, better function, flexible installation, etc. This control valve, used together with other hydraulic elements to form a whole hydraulic steering system, is successfully used in wJ-1.5 hydraulic LHD machine. The working principles and design calculation of this hydraulic system are introduced in detail in this paper. |
