| Abstract: |
| In this paper, the property of strongly secondary Cu-Zn ore is described in detail.According to the ore property, a new technology of cyanide-free separation process with composite BK depressant in lower alkaline pulp,and with Cu ion precipitation in advance is developed. The new process has been put into operation for three years. The grades of Cu and Zn concentrates are considerably increased respectively by 2.313% and 6.96%,the recoveries of Cu and Zn concentrates are respectively increased by 2.99% and 22.98%. The obvious economic benefits have been obtained. |
