| Based on the technological characteristics and requirements of grinding process at Hedong Gold Mine,a JS-872 separate computer control system of grinding process has been developed. As an advanced KMM programmable regulator is used,this control system is different from the conventional single variable setting control. On the basis of main variables and their mutual effects in the grinding process, a strategy of multi-variable comprehensive control of grinding process has been put forward. Through industrial running for six years, it has showed that this control mode is flexible and feasible. Good economic and technical benefits have been obtained. |
