| Abstract: |
| Extraction of gold and silver from complex gold sulphide concentrates containing high lead by using cyanide-free processes has been studied systematically in this paper.The optimum process parameters for roasting, acid leaching, chlorination and recovery of gold and silver, and other valuable metals from gold concentrates have been given. The effects of NaCl concentration, HCl dosage in slurries and leaching time on chloride leaching of gold and silver were investigated. The processes obtained indicate the effective depression of negative impact of lead on extraction of gold and silver from gold concentrates. |
