| Abstract: |
| The contents of Al, Si, P,S, K,Ca,Fe and Ti in train bauxite specimen prepared with the pressure method can be rapidly measured with China-made portable XRF analyser. The sampling and prepartion of specimen, improvement on the performance of XRF analyser,correction of all influence factors,such as matrix effect, ihterference of spectrum superposition, development of mathematical model,etc, are briefly introduced in this paper The basic principle for solving the problems are put forward. The difficult problem of industrial analysis on train bauxite specimen has been solved with the lab analyser. The advantages of this technology are exact and rapid measurement and low cost. |
