| Abstract: |
| Currently,in foreign countries one of new topics in mine land reclamation is how to apply modern microorganism technology so as to accelerate the process of modifying and fertilizing of newly covered layer. In this paper,the methods of selection of appropriate Vesicular Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and reagents fostering for the tested mine site are described.It is proved by experiments that inoculation of the VA mycorrhizal fungi in reclamatory lands can increase the output of crops dramatically and expedite the process of fertilizing the land .Compared with the conventional methods of applying fertilizer or mixing soil as modifying materials,this new technique is in less cost and more effective. Moreover,it can also serve as a long term green manure without pollution,It will of great significance to speed up the application and researeh of VA mycorrhizal fungi technology used in land reclamation. |
